I am a wife, mom of 3, and a passionate health coach who believes it’s never too late to rewrite your story.

In my early 40s, I faced a wake-up call. After spending my time taking care of my family instead of my own health, I was diagnosed as borderline diabetic. With diabetes running in my family, I knew I had to take action.

I committed to changing my habits, focused on nourishing foods, daily movement, and consistency. Within six months, I reversed my diagnosis and brought my A1C back into the normal range. That experience ignited a deep passion in me to help other women take charge of their health. That’s when I decided to become a health coach.

Fast forward seven years as I was entering perimenopause, I found myself struggling again. The weight gain, especially around my midsection, was frustrating. I was doing everything “right'“, eating well, exercising, but my body wasn’t responding the same way. That’s when I discovered the science-backed strategies of the FASTer Way, and everything shifted. I learned how to work with my midlife body instead of against it to my fittest at 50.

Today, I’m more passionate than ever about helping women like you create a sustainable healthy lifestyle that gives you confidence, strength and total health—no matter your age or stage of life.

I’m determined to live a long, healthy life so I can enjoy my children, future grandchildren, and all the adventures still ahead. If I can do it, you can too and I’m here to help you every step of the way.
